That’s exactly why I created the Beatin’ Eatin’ Season Challenge—a 9-week program designed to help you survive the holidays without gaining weight (and maybe even lose some if you really lock in).


Why We’re Doing This

This time of year can derail even the most disciplined person.

Sugar, Alcohol, Sleep, and Processed Foods.

You’ll learn how to fuel your body better, recover more fully, and make choices that support—not sabotage—your goals.
We’ll also introduce food tracking, a proven strategy my most successful clients use to stay consistent and aware of their habits.

You’ll get a simple paper tracking sheet with 255 boxes representing your daily actions over 9 weeks.
Your goal: check off at least 80% (205 boxes) to earn your exclusive Blitz T-shirt.
Post it somewhere visible—your fridge, mirror, or workspace—as a daily reminder of your commitment.

Third — The Prize
